  1. Set Up Your Label Template:

    • Open the software and create a new label template.

    • Input the actual dimensions of your round Sticker Labels, including diameter, rows, columns, and margins. For example, if your labels are 20mm in diameter with three columns per row and specific spacing, enter these values accurately.

    • Select the "Elliptical" or "Circular" shape for your label in the software's design settings. This ensures your labels print correctly on round stock.

  2. Design Your Label:

    • Add text, images, barcodes, or QR codes to your label. The software will provide tools for precise placement and alignment within the circular boundary.

    • Customize fonts, colors, and sizes to match your branding or design requirements.

  3. Preview and Adjust:

    • Use the software's preview function to check how your labels will look when printed. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure everything fits correctly and looks professional.

  4. Print Your Labels:

    • Load your round Sticker Labels into your printer, ensuring they are aligned correctly.

    • Select the print option in your software and adjust print settings such as quality (choose "High" or "Best" for clarity) and paper type (select "Label Sheets" or a similar option).

    • Print a test page first to verify alignment and quality before printing the entire batch.

Using Microsoft Word (Suitable for Simple Designs)

  1. Choose Round Sticker Labels:

    • Purchase round sticker labels that are compatible with your printer. Ensure you know the exact dimensions of the labels.

  2. Open Microsoft Word and Create a New Document:

    • Launch Word and start a new blank document.

  3. Set Up Your Label Template:

    • Go to the Mailings tab and click on Labels.

    • In the Envelopes and Labels dialog box, select the Labels tab and click on Options.

    • Choose your label supplier and product number if available. If not, select New Label and enter the dimensions of your round stickers, including diameter, rows, columns, and margins.

    • Click OK to save your Custom Label settings.

  4. Design Your Label:

    • In the Address box, type the text you want to appear on your labels. You can format the text using the font, size, and color options in the toolbar.

    • To add images or shapes, go to the Insert tab and choose Pictures or Shapes. Use the alignment tools to position your elements within the circular boundary of the label.

    • For more complex designs, consider creating a circular shape in Word, adding text and images inside it, and then copying and pasting this design onto each label position.

  5. Print Your Labels:

    • Load your round sticker labels into your printer, ensuring they are aligned correctly.

    • Go to File > Print to open the print settings.

    • Select your printer and adjust print settings such as quality and paper type.

    • Print a test page first to verify alignment and quality. If satisfied, print the entire batch of labels.
