Recently, there was a customer who needed flip-page instruction labels. They searched everywhere for a suitable source manufacturer. A friend told them that when it comes to quality, manufacturers in Dongguan are better.

The reason why this customer dared to take such a risk and increase the order without a sample is that during the communication with us, they could feel our professional level and learn about the types of customers we have served, which made them confident that our quality would not be poor. Therefore, after confirming the quantity, they directly arranged the advance payment.
In fact, I think what customers lack is not a supplier, but a reliable one. I often hear customers complain that their existing suppliers can't guarantee delivery times, shirk responsibility when quality issues arise and are not proactive in handling them, and even charge extra fees for re-supplying goods. All in all, cooperating with them is exhausting, and in the end, they can't take orders, so they have no choice but to look for new suppliers.
