Someone added me on WeChat, and after accepting the request, they asked if we could produce multi-page instruction labels.
In fact, multi-layer adhesive labels, multi-page tearable instruction labels, and foldable page instruction labels are all our company’s main products. Our clients come from all over the country—some are nearby, while others are as far as Shandong, Ningxia, and Xinjiang.
This client was also from another region. From our WeChat chats, I could tell she had been looking for a supplier of such products for a while.
So I told her that we have many clients in her province and mentioned several daily necessities and cosmetics brands we’ve worked with. This way, she could get a sense of our capabilities.
It’s true that there are a few factories that can produce multi-layer adhesive labels, but not many can truly do it well.
Nowadays, in particular, payment controls are very strict—many require a 30% deposit upon ordering and full payment before shipment. Clients worry that if there are quality issues, they won’t be able to find anyone responsible for after-sales service once payment is received.
I don’t know how after-sales service works at other companies, but for any product shipped from our company, as long as it’s made according to the sample, we take full responsibility for any quality problems. We will never ignore clients’ messages or shirk responsibility after receiving payment—such things will never happen here.
We wouldn’t hide or run away over tens of thousands of yuan in payments. We have a physical factory, millions of yuan worth of machinery and equipment, and a registered business address. Anyone can find our factory anytime they need to.
After I explained this to the client, she seemed reassured and immediately asked for our address to send samples.
I think whether a client trusts you depends on how confidently you speak, which is tied to your company’s actual strength. We always focus on controlling product quality, cooperating well with clients, and providing good after-sales service, so that clients have no worries when purchasing folded instruction labels from us!
To all clients who consult me about foldable instruction labels or multi-layer adhesive labels, I always tell them they don’t need to worry about quality. The quality we promise before production is exactly what they’ll receive—we never say one thing and do another.
